Since the owner was absent due to health issues, Kristin jumped in, loaded her car with garden tools and set out to get the property back in shape to sell. She coordinated a safe and humanely removal of a beehive and oversaw all the work to bring the house back to live-in conditions. It had not been occupied in over a year.
She constantly kept the seller updated and always explained what was happening during the entire process. This was extremely difficult because the seller was in southern California. No problem, she handled it all without missing a beat.
